River of Life Church neighborhood

Did we suburbanites ever have an awakening today! The River of Life neighborhood is indescribable, but the smiles on the faces of the community members were glowing. They were so glad to see us, and showed their appreciation again and again. These people actually built an outhouse just for the Medical Team!

While receiving serious dental help, not once did I hear a complaint... well, except from the little four year old girl who had 4 teeth pulled. (Every tooth in her mouth was black... the dental assistant could only do 4 today!)

Manny, Bob, Marc, Dwayne, and Tom from the North American team, and Mark, Tyler, and John from WGO, laid a kitchen and main room floor for a lady in the neighborhood. She was very sweet and loves her new floor! Another floor will be put in for another family tomorrow.

Thanks for all your prayers! We need them, but the Hondurans need them more! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

Hugs from all of us.

Marilyn, Continue to think about you and your group. D & I arrived in Columbia SC today and all is well with the world. D & K are in Louisville (so close, but we never would have known it, neither did C & N. God bless you all. Love, Lea

Hey mom (Marilyn), bet you thought we had forgotton you, but the Lord can attest to how often N, S and I have prayed for you all. It is amazing what the Lord is doing with willing hands. I am sure you are tired and missing your beds..probably some air conditioning, but press on. You are doing one of those works which he prepared beforehand for you to do. It is so awesome! There is no question that by allowing yourself to be used by him that they are impacting more than anything you could say. THey are getting to see how God cares about the details and needs in our lives as well. So press on. Your beds will wait a little longer and give you a giant hug once you arrive home. See you when you get here. Miss you and lots of love, CJ

Praise God that we have the technology to communicate while you are on the mission field. Our Monday Bible Study group has been praying for you, for each person that you minister to as well as each piece of medication and each aid item that you distribute. Naudja encouraged us to be very detailed to pray for each and every part of your day. God bless you as you serve one more day.
Love, Prayers and Blessings,
Bev (on behalf of Naudja's Monday Bible study group)
P.S. Julianne, Pls bring Judi J and myself some of that good Honduras coffee. We will even pay for it this time.
