We just returned from our first brigade site. We're exhausted, but all so pleased we're here. I don't know numbers of Hondurans we saw, but it was a lot.
Dr. Pat, the eye doctor, was busy seeing patients all day. Dr. Hector also saw many. The dentist, Scarleth, pulled and filled a number of teeth. Our nurses constantly had people getting advice and meds.
Our bus driver, Manuel, is unbelievable! Driving those streets and the roads is challenging, to say the least! But... Manuel gets us through.

We are praying for you all! Praise God for your first brigade day completed and I realize that you are in the middle of #2 right now. May God continue to give you health and strength and compassion and opportunities to make a difference for eternity.
We are having some gorgeous weather here- 70's and dry- and the Cubs won again last night, so it's a bit of a shame that you are gone this particular week! I am positive you are being mightily blessed, though! We miss you!
